NH official suspended after drunken driving arrest
Jesse Trow, 45, director of New Hampshire’s alcohol and drug abuse program, was suspended indefinitely without pay after a drunken driving arrest. He faced a $300 bail, arraignment planned in Concord District Court on October 25. this is his second arrest after a 1969 drunken driving conviction, and he has led the anti alcohol program since 1965.
