Arizona Health Board allows reopenings under influenza conditions
A state health conference in Phoenix approved a seven clause plan to resume business and public gatherings as influenza cases decline. The resolution requires street and facility cleaning, hot water disinfection, poster campaigns, utensil washing, inspections, a general survey, and vaccination encouragement before permits to reopen are granted. Governors and medical officials praised physicians and set the pace for statewide reopening contingent on health data.
