Five precincts have defined boundaries and polling places. Precinct 1 covers North Twelfth Avenue to North Sixth Avenue area with polling at the corner of Convent and Broadway. Precinct 2 runs from city limits along South Sixth Avenue to Congress Street with polling at Convent and Broadway. Precinct 3 spans Eleventh Street west to Southern Pacific tracks and Congress Street, ending at City Hall. Precinct 4 centers First Avenue to Sixth Street near Frank Culin residence, polling at Secong Street and Tyndall Avenue. Precinct 5 goes along First Avenue to Eleventh Street with polling on East Congress Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues.
