London October 31 Reuters reports Great Britain has officially received peace proposals from Turkey seen as effectively unconditional surrender. The Turkish armistice took effect at noon today.

In Berlin, armistice terms for Germany are said to have arrived as allied talks shift to concrete deliberations, with discussions led by British delegates and anticipated percentages based on Wilsonian points.
London reports that the armistice conditions allow free Allied passage through the Dardanelles, secure the forts at Dardanelles and Bosphorus, and enable Allied ships to reach the Black Sea. General Townshend freed at Kut El Amara, and plenipotentiaries set to negotiate immediately. Armistice signed by Admiral Calthorp and to take effect at noon today.
