Doctor Injects Formaldehyde While Treating TB in Arizona
Sullivan, Ind., May 30. Dr. W. C. Robbins, a young physician who went to Phoenix for tuberculosis, injected a formaldehyde solution into his veins during a near hopeless stage. He developed fever and convulsions but recovered enough to analyze his sputum which showed bacilli. He has since treated other patients with apparent success and hopes for more, though he offers no guaranteed remedy.
