Boy Pulled From Pool Dies At Hospital
Five year old Andrew Mason was pulled unconscious from a North Side pool December 1 and died yesterday at University of Arizona Hospital. Son of John and Joan Mason of 10000 S No Gales Highway, he wandered from his father about five minutes earlier and was found at the bottom of a home pool where the father was remodeling. He is Pima County’s 14th drowning victim of 1977, with 16 water deaths recorded in 1976.
