Prudentencio Hernandez, 21, of 3765 N Gunnison Drive, died at 11 30 p m in Tucson Medical Center after a collision with a Gremlin driven by Martin W Wilhelms 30 of 7753 N Richey Blvd who had minor injuries. Wilhelms was arrested on suspicion of voluntary manslaughter.
