Business Man as Burglar Westcott Held in Philadelphia

George Dickinson known as Westcott, a junior partner in Well & Dickinson importers, was arrested after a bloody clash with a policeman. Police tied him to a chain of evidence valued around 4000 dollars and suspect at least 100 robberies in Philadelphia since October 1901.
