Tucson officer indicted in on duty shooting case

South Tucson police officer Christopher Dean, 29, is indicted by a grand jury on a felony involuntary manslaughter charge over the Jack In The Box shooting death of Jose Sinohui. The panel reviewed 100 reports and heard testimony from 25 witnesses at the 3397 South Sixth Avenue site. Dean faces up to 10 years in prison and is to appear in court on August 15.
