Court of Common Pleas action over sale proceeds of public house

Nov 16 Reston court heard an action of travers to recover the value of a public house. Defendants under a bankruptcy commission had possession of the proceeds. The case, tried before Mr Justice Gazelee, yielded a verdict for the plaintiff but judgment was deferred as Belton was then a minor.
