Regular Troy council meeting adjourned after reading minutes. Attorney was authorized to enter suit for deed against Dr J J Brown. Treasurer reported February finances and street, electric, and contingent expenditures. Finance committee approved claims. Election judges and clerks appointed for April 20 meeting. Meeting adjourned. officials signed off on totals and adjournment.
