Flowers on streets Chicago plan to decorate highways
The Wicker Park Improvement association plans fifty rustic tower stands for corners of intersecting streets in Chicago to beautify public highways. Each 20 by 20 inch stand four and a half feet high will hold geraniums and cannas with vines drooping, cared for by nearby residents and encouraged by local schoolchildren to prevent damage.

Take Me Back to My Fairyland in Youthful Verse
