National Good Roads advocates split log drag plan
The National Good Roads Association of Illinois plans to meet at Vandalia next Thursday June 20 with about one thousand delegates and several Illinois legislators attending. The group promotes making the old National road part of a proposed ocean to ocean highway through Illinois and urges newspapers in seven counties to boost the project. Hogan Indicted for Murder in Collinsville Case

The Madison County Board of Review met in Edwardsville on Tuesday and organized. Members are John H. Lees of Lees Township George Liebler of Jarvis and W W Head of Fort Russell with Robert Curdie elected clerk. Mr Leef serves as chairman of both boards.
