AGAIN SEEKS DIVORCE Charles Cruelty and Alimony Restored

Mrs. Ora Patrette nee Hurst filed in Edwardsville circuit court for a second legal separation from John Patrette. Married in Edwardsville on August 28, 1902, they lived in this city before moving to Collinsville. Previous divorce awarded alimony of 20 dollars monthly and child custody. Reconciliation occurred, remarriage, then two months of alleged cruelty. She accuses remarriage to dodge alimony and alleges mother in law abuse and interference. She seeks separate maintenance and restoration of prior alimony. Earl Patrette adoption by Solomon and Mrs Hurst of St Jacob was approved in probate court last week.
