At a September 18 1875 meeting of the Farmers and Patrons of Husbandry in eastern Linouwl county New Hope a unanimous endorsement of an agreement with Capt LaBarge of the steamboat Chambera was adopted A six member committee including St Watts Allen Mildenstein Burr Oak J FP Webb Rockford Foley Welch Falmouth Walker Davis Rockford Cyrus Finley Walnut Mills plus I B Reid to circulate the agreement The meeting adjourned and proceedings were to be published Also notices for cheap repairs from M Sedlacek and a Grand Ball for October 5 with brass and string band invited attendees
