Properties include 400 acre riverfront tract with a 6 room house, 80 acre parcels with outbuildings, brick homes, tobacco barns, fruit orchards, mills and timber. Prices vary, terms easy, parcels sold separately or in one block. Many farms lie within a few miles of Troy, requiring well, stock water, fences, and cultivated land.
