In August 1876 Mrs Anniv Thornhill, wife of Wm Thornhill, aged 25 years 4 months & days, died of typhoid fever. In August 1878 Mrs Josephian Craig, wife of N C Craig, aged 51 years, formerly of Mason county Kentucky, died after residing in the county for 29 years.
