Obituary Irene Sherman of Frederika dies at 79
Irene Simmons Sherman died August 27 after illness at the Western Home Cedar Falls where she had lived since 1964. Born June 14 1885 in Frederika she married Gilbert Sherman in 1904 who died in 1932. She is survived by son Kenneth M Sherman daughter Donald M Baker two grandchildren and three sisters. Burial in Alcock cemetery followed funeral August 29.
