Swine Producers Day at ISU Details Sept 20
Swine producers will attend Pork Producers Day at Iowa State University on September 20. Bremer County Extension Director Larry Stoltenberg says morning exhibits cover pregnancy detection baby pig management low protein rations effects on growth and feed efficiency and stress susceptibility in swine. Afternoon talks include world food grain outlook swine nutrition disease research waste management and pollution control. Registration 9 30 to 11 30 a.m. at C Y Stephens Auditorium with shuttle to exhibits lunch and a $4 fee for coffee lunch and proceedings.
