Northern Natural Gas Company and its Peoples Natural Gas Division mailed checks totaling 1 950 960 to counties for 1968 property taxes. Allyn Buenger Named Airport Manager in Oelwein
Allyn Buenger of Tripoli has been hired as airport manager for Northeast Iowa Aviation Inc. at Oelwein Airport and began duties on Wednesday morning October 1. He and his wife Marlene formed West of Tripoli and he trained under the GI bill at Niederhauser Airways in Waterloo. Buenger is a licensed pilot and flight instructor. he will handle ground and air flight instruction. The family plans to move to Oelwein around November 1.
