Notice announces the appointment of an administrator for the Schneider estate in Iowa. Creditors must file claims with the named administrator by the seventh day of May, 1972, or be barred. Second publication appears in May 1972.
Legal notice style list shows multiple property conveyances and reversions among named individuals and lots in Sumner and Waverly. Transactions reference Rev. and various lot numbers in additions to towns, with several edges and parcel descriptions crowding the fragmentary text.
Public notice states a general execution from Linn County District Court for Collins Employees Credit Union against Dorothy Chapin. The real estate described, 60 acres in Township 92, Range 12, West of the 5th P.M., will be sold at public auction May 31, 1972, at 10:00 A.M. in front of the Bremer County Court House, Cedar Rapids attorneys for the plaintiff Ford Terpstra Wilkinson.
The city issued licenses to Karen Kay Hawkes 30 James Burchard 21 Iv es Myers 20 Shipp 19 and others in Waverly and Waterloo. The record lists Clark Simpson 30 and Jean Marie Mur Waterloo among the recipients.
By April 24 1972 Bremer County Board of Supervisors nullified Frederika-Leroy voting precincts and created Leroy Sumner No 2 precinct. The new boundary runs along township lines in 93 N Range 11 12 with extents west to Leroy Sumner and east to Sumner No 2, following township and section lines to the Sumner corporate boundary and back to the point of origin.
Bremer District Court records show cases including Sprague versus Livingston and L Wubbena versus Duane Bena, with dissolution of marriage noted among the proceedings.

Friday May 12 at St Matthew's Lutheran Church parlor 125 attended. Mistress of ceremonies was Nancy Platte. Poems read by Cheryl Sauerbrei Delores Sauerbrei and Barbara Buhr. Songs performed include Mother-Daughter Song and Hello Dollie Hello Mother. Several prizes awarded for birthdays haircuts distance and family size. Guests included LeRoy Platte Dolly Knight visit.
