Motor Transports Hear Speaker on Containerization
The Motor Transport Society held its third meeting on Monday October 28 with topics including a November 15 banquet at Captain's Cabin a November 22 field trip to a piggyback terminal in Michigan and a purchase of a page in Modulus 64. Guest speaker Mr Crandall of Fruehaut Trailer Corporation gave an illustrated talk on containerization and its development and potential inter modal transport impact. The next meeting on November 11 will feature Fruehaus representatives from production in the trailer industry.
