Trojans Drop Two More in 1964 season finale
The Trojans suffered their seventh defeat of the season after dropping a 6-5 decision to Concordia in a game marred by errors. Ekstrom pitched well but received little support as Concordia capitalized on three first inning mistakes and multiple later errors to tally runs. In a separate 12 inning marathon, Grace defeated Tri State 5-6 as Tri-State again outhit Grace but failed to deliver clutch hits. The Trojans closed the 1964 Mid Central Conference baseball season with a 3-8 mark, the eighteen-man squad now awaiting spring practice.
