Music Club donates to Tri State Performing Arts Series
Frances Elliott Clark Music Club of Angola contributes 50 dollars to Tri State College Performing Arts and Lecture Series, now in its second year. Indiana State Arts Commission adds 1000 dollars. the series hosted 38 events in 1972 including Smithsonian exhibits, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra performances, and two national speakers. For 1973 the program includes Smithsonian exhibits, classic films, music groups, and a February 14 Brotherhood of Man program. Prof. Theron Lansford chairs the committee with college and community support.
