Intra Mural action last week saw Alwood Hall forfeit to the New York Staters due to player shortages. Cameron Hall and Platt Hall were the only teams producing results as Cameron edged Platt with Jones and Learfellowus driving in two runs each. DeHaven pitched well for Platt but lacked support as the Longballers and others were rained out.

IFC Softball Round Robin Ends With Phi Kap Theta In Final
Phi Kappa Theta and Kappa Sigma Kappa posted two victories to reach the finals in the IFC Softball Round Robin among fraternities. Phi Kappa Theta beat Beta Sigma 21 1 as John Klosowski no-hit Beta Sig and scored on timely plays. Klosowski doubled home a run and later stole home for the winning run. A.G.U. fell 6-1 to Phi Kappa Theta with John Klosowski allowing one hit. Kappa Sigma Kappa defeated Sigma Mu Sigma 22-0 in a power display led by Jack O’Brien and Larry Starkweather. Phi Kappa Theta will face Kappa Sigma Kappa in a pitchers battle for the title. Weather permitting.
