Tri-State College signs $2 million Physical Education Building contracts
Tri-State College approves three contracts totaling 2 023 594 dollars for a new Physical Education Building. Miller-Davis Company holds the general contract at 1 453 000 dollars and Henry Electric Company supplies mechanical systems for 164 794 dollars. Ground breaks soon with federal grants aiding construction and a 1 million dollar endowment goal.

Tri State College to Award Two Year Associate Degrees
Tri State College will offer Associate degrees in Arts Science and Applied Science starting next year to recognize students who complete two year programs in the Division of Arts and Sciences. The two year programs began last year with credits transferable to pursue bachelor degrees.
