Townsend H S Hyatt cashier in Townsend and dealers in lumber shingles and largely distressed goods noted. Brewer Thomaed Xon listed as malt liquor producer.

Judge Knowles sentences James McGrath a Butte counterfeiter to pay a $100 fine and receive free board and lodging in prison for one year. The report also notes various Montana and national items including political changes and notable deaths.
