An official order sets court terms for Park and Meagher counties. Park county holds sessions on January and April Mondays, June's third Monday, and October’s second Monday. Meagher county sits on February’s fourth Monday, March’s first Monday, September’s first Monday, and November’s fourth Monday. The prior order from 1801 is revoked by this decree dated January 2, 1804.
