In Ninth District Broadwater Montana, Thomas Downey sues Andrew Dance for $3000 plus interest on an August 3 1897 promissory note and for foreclosure of a mortgage dated August 1607. The complaint seeks attorney fees and costs. defendant must answer within twenty days of service or face default.
Notice is given by the executor Charles Thompson for the estate of Charles Coulson deceased. Creditors and those with claims must present vouchers within four months after first publication to W L Crone attorney, at Townsend Montana. Date June 17 1800.
