Taxes Become Delinquent After May 5 in County Office
At close of business Monday the 5th in the office of County Treasurer Dean all taxes unpaid for this year became delinquent with a 10 percent penalty. Total collections to Monday were 35 962 02 from a 37 983 44 tax total leaving 2 021 42 subject to penalty. Unpaid taxes after the 28th will be advertised as delinquent with additional publication costs to be paid by the delinquent taxpayers.
