Republican Call Sets Townsend Meeting for September 1 1900
Broadwater County Republicans call a convention at Townsend Court House to elect delegates to the Helena State Convention and to choose a county ticket. The meeting will assemble September 1 1900 at 2 PM with forty seven delegates elected by precincts on August 1 1900. Delegates from the convention will also act as nominees for the county ticket. The notice urges all electors supporting Republican principles to participate.
