Riot Calls Reported As 200 Med School Students Riots

Governor Commutes Prisoner Moses Chambers to Release

Governor Stanley Rodney commuted the sentence of Moses Chambers in the bunkentiary. Chambers, who killed two men in Leavenworth in 1844 and was sentenced to hang, has served eighteen years and will be released on October 10.
