Philadelphia reports a new company led by Charles H. Cramp to transport passengers from the Pacific coast to the Alaskan gold fields. Atlanta November 6 Georgia senate defeats a measure that would have made the state prohibition. The bill failed by a vote of 15 to 23 after a protracted debate. It was anticipated the house would have opposed it more strongly if it had reached that chamber.
Pittsburg November morning accident leaves three Jones and Laughlin steel workers crushed between a car and a shifting engine. Names listed as Joseph Getner Martin Poreon and Joseph Bobap. Getner and Poreon mortally injured. two expected to die.
