Non union motorman William Marshall gravely injured. Soldiers were ordered to stop mob violence, many citizens urged to move to safety. National Guard to reach Albany bringing total to about 8000. power house site in South Albany protected. United Traction directors to meet at 8.00 pm to assess situation. Troy settlement reached later with workers to receive pay and company to bargain with unions or nonunion men.
