Galesburg May 4. Streator was selected this afternoon for the next annual GAR encampment, contingent on railroads and hotels offering "satisfactory" rates. The council of administration will press concessions. without them the city will not host. The discussion revealed disputes over railroad rates and possible pressure on railroad heads if bids fail.
