Mrs Elizabeth Hamilton won a divorce from Peter Hamilton in district court this morning. Judge Hazen granted custody of all three minor children and denied alimony. She received the family homestead of seven acres and a three room house with household furnishings for one room, while Mr Hamilton kept the rest including one team, harness, and one mowing machine. Hamilton also held property in residence lots in ISC Lys.
