In Columbus Ohio on March 21 Pearl Bryan's head is said to have been sent to G W Wing a medical student collector at 54 North Washington Street to provide a full description. A man named Cole delivered a woman's head in a tin bucket to Wing early Thursday, revealing hair length and gruesome details. Wing doubted the skull work due to the blood and lack of typical medical framing and decided not to articulate the skull.

J H Tilton, long-time Topeka resident and former Grinnell businessman, was found semi conscious beside the Sista Fe track near Lake View after the 4 pm yesterday. He suffered a broken left arm and facial injuries, was taken to All Sainte hospital at Kauene City, and remained incoherent but alive. He had been staying at 523 Van Buren street and may have boarded the Topeka bound Kansas City local. investigators believe he may have fallen from a passing car.
