Denver report states Colonel William F. Cody sues for divorce from Mrs. Cody alleging cruelty and betrayal. He claims December 26 1900 incident where she allegedly attempted to pass on the plaintiff. He cites intolerable marital strain from her refusal to associate with him at his former Niit home and distant North Piatt Denice presence. Mrs Cody denies the charges and will contest. The couple wed in St Louis on March 6 1866.
