Denver July 2 The man known as Gray and also Lewis was arrested on charges of buying diamonds worth 200 from a Topeka jeweler through deception. He claimed to be a New Yorker named Akemon and said his father once led the New York Board of Trade. He worked as a YMCA teacher and Sunday school instructor in Denver. Weir, a YMCA agent, and MCA officials helped arrange the arrest and he may be held until Topeka officials arrive.
