Thoms Davin died by his own action eight miles south of Toe Peka Monday evening. He had been in an insane asylum and discharged as cured a month ago. He suffered melancholia. his father earlier took his own life and courage by growing himself in a well.
In Kaunas City a janitor, Ulysses Gibson, was killed by a falling icicle from an elevator tank pipe at the Htet Milling Company works. Charles J. Gibson, father of the victim, sues for $10,000 damages in federal court. Elevator pipe overflow caused a large bottle like splash that dislodged the man.
