New York Jan 20 A Washington dispatch in the Evening Post says Postmaster General Bissell will retire at end of current session of Congress amid Cleveland cabinet changes The report names William T Wilson of West Virginia as a possible successor but officials deny any choice has been made The Postmaster General has refused to discuss the subject and today said there is no truth to the resignation rumor
