Charles Hahn was arrested this morning at his home 1270 Mulvane street by Cader Sheriff Bert Lucas on two inc r ments from the grand jury charging him with obtaining property under false pretenses He is said to have posed as a buyer for a packing house and to have killed cattle after telling farmers to await payment His bond was set at 500 for each count. Kansas Pacific Bonds. New York, Jan 5 A bond meeting voted to seek terms offered by Union Pacific reorganization committee and to bind bonds deposited with the committee totaling 10,400,000 of 12,900,000.
