Thieves entered E W Craig's home on Sir Madison Street but were frightened away. An East Sixth Street grocery reports missing articles. Benest Groggie, a young colored boy, was caught carrying two pails of syrup Saturday night, arrested in police court and fined $50 plus 60 days in jail. Frank Neyela’s murder case against Mrs Matson continued for the third time in Justice Chesney's court. Continuances granted at Nevels' request and county attorney.
