Gambling case verdict in Topeka district court

Four men Thomason Fowler Tobias and Hurat pleaded guilty to operating a gambling house at 710 Kansas Avenue Santrisay. County Attorney Hungate stated the case was prepared since 1903 and the defendants face a possible term in county jail up to one year with the Royal resort involved in a long-standing gambling operation.
