Senate Goes Into Executive Session During Peffer Speech

In Wasminetos on April 5 the tert bill was read before the senate. Senator Peffer rose to speak but Senator Cal of Florida moved to go into executive session, a motion carried by 51 to 9 amid protest from Senator Morris of Tennessee. The Senate then entered executive session.
