Report of Thomas S. Spiers, sexton, for quarter ending September read and accepted. Tooele Valley offered to city use of its chemical ice engine with safeguards and mayor to sign for use. Police and fire committee to erect dry ng pole at each hose house. Bills read, some allowed, others referred for further information. Adjourned to next meeting.
