Mrs. Catherine Syred aged 69 died Sunday at Northam Hospital. Widower of the late Mr. W C Syred, she leaves two sons Charlie and William and five daughters Mary Marlow Lucy Alice Murry Eva Thackray Alma, predeceased by daughters Maggie Kathleen. Funeral was held Monday at the R C portion of Toodyay Cemetery with many at the graveside.
