Escape From Custody In Toodyay Prison Case
A prisoner identified as Eric John Beard aged 19 escaped from the Toodyay lock up yard between 4 and 4 15 pm on Sunday after being arrested for disorderly conduct. He was recaptured Monday morning two miles from Northam and remanded to Toodyay for sentencing. He then received a two month jail term.
