Butler Theater Presents Mixed Program of Film and Skits
Crowded houses enjoyed a strong Butler Theater program last evening with the film Friday, the 13th depicting a fraught day leading to domestic chaos. A musical skating number titled Roll Around and a variety of short scenes including A Romance of the Far Country and The Swashbuckler kept audiences engaged. The Bird on Nellie’s Hat showcased Miss Emmett, who received encores, while Swedish Dances offered graceful steps. Tomorrow and Sunday feature a 3 p.m. matinee, popular with ladies and children for daytime viewing.
