Ore shipments for the past week total 11 207 tons with Tonopah mines contributing 300 tons and multiple local firms delivering 480 to 1080 tons to new mills. Estimated ore value reached 211 508 dollars versus 201 880 last week, marking a notable improvement in production and economic return.

Judge Coleman issued rulings on motions and demurrers in the Schloss case referencing Louis Schloke versus Key Pittman John G Kirchen Robert Hull Tonopah Merger Mining Co and Golden Anchor Mining Co The court sustained some demurrers and allowed amendments while denying others and set deadlines for filing further pleadings.
